Sweet potatoes
The sweet potato varieties offered by BS FARMING are mainly orange-fleshed. They are marketed all year round thanks to sourcing from different countries. On request, BS FARMING can also supply white-fleshed sweet potatoes such as Murasaki.
Consumption or industry
Beauregard and Covington are the 2 most widely consumed sweet potato varieties, and also the ones mainly marketed by BS Farming. The sweet potatoes come from Egypt, Spain, Portugal, the USA and France in the case of a very few batches.
The sweet potatoes are marketed as fresh consumption quality or industrial quality in all the corresponding sizes (XS – S – M – L – XL – XXL or 40/100).
Deliveries of sweet potatoes from Egypt or the USA are sent by ship to the ports chosen by our customers: Dublin, Liverpool, Felixstowe, Antwerp, La Coruña, Algesiras, Valencia, Barcelona, Genoa, Koper…
