Harvesting successfully, a real challenge
Nature and weather conditions are becoming increasingly restrictive. Storage conditions for fresh produce are increasingly demanding. So you need constant attention and in-depth knowledge of how to grow and preserve potatoes, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes and so on to produce the best possible batches.
BS Farming and Mac Pom are all the more grateful for all the work done by all the growers as they are now working in very restrictive conditions. The use of plant protection products has been reduced to a minimum, and the use of more natural anti-sprouting agents such as mint alcohol and orange peel oil make it a constant challenge to provide products with the appearance that consumers want.

The producers of the batches of potatoes and onions marketed by BS Farming are based in the best French growing regions. Onions are grown in Beauce, Northern France or Champagne, while potatoes are grown in the North, Picardy, Champagne, Beauce, Seine et Marne or Seine Maritime… Although certain varieties have their own preferred areas, all these products have one thing in common: the ambition to honour the quality of French agriculture.
